Our Meat

We started in 2016 and it took us 2 years to be able to taste the Hebridean hogget. Wow, what a delight, meat how it should taste. It is said to be healthier, lower in cholesterol and higher in omega fatty acids, for more information have a look at The Hebridean Society Page here.

2019 saw us with our first commercially available Hebridean hogget (18 – 24 month old sheep). We now have both Hebridean and Manx Loagthan hogget and sometimes mutton available, for a limited time around October and November.
